Saturday, January 19

Parents of all new players must bring birth certificates to Welles Park Fieldhouse-lower level in the morning (time TBD).  You will learn at that time whether your child has received a spot in the league (most will) or will be wait listed.  You should expect to be in and out in less than 15 minutes.

If you do not appear on Saturday, January 19, your child will be removed from our database.

*Kids pre-registered online in our Major (11-12 yrs. old), Senior (13-14 yrs. old) and Liberty (15-18 yrs. old) have a good chance of getting a spot, however, you must still come in on January 19 with a birth certificate.

All requests to play up or down in a league outside our age rules must be made in person at this time also.

Q&A session with WPPA board members also takes place at this time.

Tuesday, January 22

Parents of children who receive a spot on Saturday, January 19 must complete registration online and pay no later Tuesday, January 23. Failure to timely pay online will result in the spot given to another child on the wait list.

Wednesday, January 23

WPPA will begin notifying waitlisted players by email if a spot becomes available.  Waitlists will remain open until the beginning of the Spring season.  Refunds of paid registration fees for all players who do not receive a spot for the Spring season will be provided once waitlists are closed or when a request is received to be removed from waitlist.
