WPPA Refund Policy

WPPA Regular Season Registration Fees
The WPPA will guarantee a refund of registration fees (less $5.00 to cover transaction fees like the PayPal fee) if the refund is requested by email to
 by March 1, a date that represents the earliest players could be assigned to teams.   Requests for refunds submitted after that date will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the WPPA board and refunds will be granted for good cause.    It is highly unlikely a refund will be granted after a player has played for his team in a given season.

WPPA Fall Ball Registration Fees

The WPPA will guarantee a refund of registration fees (less $5.00 to cover transaction fees like the PayPal fee) if the refund is requested by email to   by August 15.   Requests for refunds submitted after that date will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the WPPA board and refunds will be granted for good cause.   It is highly unlikely a refund will be granted after a player has played for his team in a given season.

Other Refunds
All other requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the WPPA board.
